Can I sell if the internet goes down?
Yes. Sales never wait for the internet; stock and channel updates queue in the background and are sent when the connection returns.
Are my marketplace keys safe?
Your keys are stored only on your own computer and requests are sent from there. Our server does not even have a field for them.
Can I switch from another program?
Yes. You can move products, customers and opening balances to Noktappera via Excel or CSV export; our team helps during setup.
Does it support fiscal cash registers (ÖKC) and e-invoicing?
The integration layer for new-generation fiscal cash registers (ÖKC) is ready and will be enabled as official approvals complete. E-invoicing integration is in preparation. Contact us for the current status.
