Can residents pay by card?
No, by design. Residents transfer dues directly to the building's IBAN and upload the receipt in the app; the balance clears once management approves. No card fees.
Is there a mobile app for residents?
Yes. With the Android and iOS app residents see their balance and announcements, report payments, open fault requests, vote in general meetings and approve visitors.
Does it comply with Turkish Condominium Law?
It follows the rules for dues sharing (art. 20), liability (art. 22), invitations (art. 29), quorum (art. 30), voting rights (art. 31), ledgers (art. 32) and the annual budget (art. 35/37). Late fees cannot exceed the legal cap.
